"Liberating the
Bruised"

truths about wounded, fragmented personalities and the demonic---spiritual
warfare,
(2) a self-help counseling book, and (3) an instruction book for
those desiring to learn how to help hurting people find
freedom, peace and joy! Without doubt, precious souls who
are desperate to be free can find freedom from their
spiritual bondage! For victory can most surely
come through the Lord Jesus as people trust and obey Him
concerning His biblical teachings!
"Counseling the Bruised" CDs + syllabuses
On February 25,
2008, during a "Counseling the Bruised" workshop, Dr. Joe E. Allbright
spoke about additional things that the Lord has taught him since writing
the book. His teachings were recorded on a set-of-five CDs on the first
day of the workshop, which was held at his home church of Fairfield
Baptist Church where Dr. Jim Daniel is Senior Pastor. While Joe was
teaching, persons attending the workshop were viewing syllabuses
containing materials and illustrations that Joe was discussing. These
"Counseling the Bruised" syllabuses are also available as supplements to
the CDs. After Joe spoke the first day, he then began counseling the
volunteer counselee. Of course, as you can well understand, in order to
protect the privacy of the precious volunteers, the counseling sessions
were not recorded.

FUTURE COUNSELING BOOK:
Since publishing “Liberating the Bruised” in 1997, the Lord has taught
Joe additional counseling procedures, which he has shared in workshops,
some of which are shared through his set-of-five “Counseling the Bruised”
CDS and accompanying syllabus. As ministers and counselors observed,
many diligently took notes to use in their own ministries. But many
people have “begged” Joe to write another book as a partner to
“Liberating the Bruised” so that they can have many more details of his
counseling procedures and the various detailed prayers he prays pertaining to
various subjects. After seeking God's wisdom, Joe and I both felt that
the Lord did want us to take time off to write such a book. During workshops, Joe often pauses while counseling, turns to the people attending and
declares, “Please be sure you put that valuable information in your
counseling tool box!” Thus...the Lord instructed us to name the book,
“TOOLS FOR LIBERATING THE
BRUISED".
We started writing the first
week in August 2009, and are in the midst of diligently writing this book of
handy counseling tools between regular duties. During this time, Joe
is not taking on his regular schedule of counseling,
but he will continue to take and return calls during his regular phone
times, Mon-Thurs, 8am-9am & 6pm-7pm. And, I will continue to handle
essential snail and email correspondence and other necessary office
duties. Hopefully, we will be finished with the book and have it in
print in early 2010...Lord willing! Thank you very
much for your prayers for us as we seek to fulfill God’s will pertaining
to “Tools for Liberating the Bruised”!
